- Western [Bulgaria] – A subtle exploration of toxic masculinity that follows a group of German construction workers on a job in rural Bulgaria.

- The Mystery of Green Hill (Uzbuna na Zelenom Vrhu) [Croatia] – A coming-of-age adventure set in an idyllic Croatian countryside that celebrates friendship, first love, and the bittersweet reward of doing the right thing, even when the answers aren’t the ones you wanted to know.

- A Woman Captured [Hungary] – In what begins as a bleak nightmare and becomes a real-life edge-of-your-seat thriller, this story of an unpaid, live-in servant in a wealthy Hungarian home shatters the prescribed rules of journalistic ethics in favor of a higher ethical code of shared humanity.

- Firstborn (Pirmdzimtais) [Latvia] – A complex and unpredictable tale of a couple’s journey through the ups and downs of marriage, masculinity, and anonymous packages.

- Under the Tree (Undir Trenu) [Poland] – An outrageous comedy about a neighborly spat that spirals out of control. Created by a talented team of Icelandic, Danish, Polish, and German leadership, this film won Best Comedy Director at 2017 Fantastic Fest.

- Hamlet.Comedy (Gamlet. Komedia) [Russia] – Shown with “The Big Bad Fox & other Tales” – A five-minute animated comedy about a class that attends a Hamlet performance with their teacher, where things quickly get completely out of hand. Presented with support from the Russian Flagship Program.
