
On February 12, the UNC CSEEES Department will be hosting a public talk, “Scenarios for the End of the Russo-Ukrainian War and Postwar Countries”, in the context of the upcoming fourth anniversary of the full-scale invasion. The speaker is Valerii Pekar, a Ukrainian intellectual and strategic foresight expert who will be joining live from Kyiv. He will speak about possible future scenarios not only for Ukraine, but also for Russia and the wider region.
The event is open to the public and will be held in a hybrid format. The talk will begin at 4:15 p.m. CST (5:15 p.m. EST)
