Tommy, a 19-year-old criminal, is kidnapped and forced into a rehabilitation process by a dysfunctional couple and must devise a way to escape. Directed by Academy Award-nominated Jan Komasa, the film is a Polish-British co-production originally written in Polish and set in Warsaw before it was adapted into an English-language film set in Yorkshire, England, to reach a wider international audience.
