American Councils is seeking a teacher assistant for its STARTALK program. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the classroom teacher with participants in the virtual classroom under the teacher’s direction, integrating technology and online materials in the classroom workflow, performing administrative duties as needed including preparing materials, formatting documents, ordering supplies, writing emails, and so on. They will also be responsible for handling participant information and maintaining confidentiality, planning and assisting teachers in management of complex projects, and demonstrating a strong commitment to equity, social justice, and inclusion in all practices and position responsibilities.
