The Wall Street Journal is seeking a veteran journalist to work as its Central and Eastern Europe correspondent. We are looking for an accomplished candidate who can report and write ambitious stories on this critical region’s economy, geopolitics, and people. This is a job for a talented all-arounder who can cover topics ranging from economics to military affairs and geopolitics and the ability to both break news and to step back and write big thematic, analytical, and narrative pieces. You will be covering the front lines of escalating confrontation between the West and Russia as the world faces the prospect of a new, global Cold War.
