The Central Eurasian Studies Summer Institute (CESSI) is an initiative of the Center for Russia, East Europe, and Central Asia (CREECA) at UW-Madison. CESSI is a U.S. Department of State Title VIII-supported program that provides intensive language instruction in Kazakh, Tajik, Uyghur, and Uzbek. The program takes place during the eight-week summer session (Jun 17-Aug 11, 2024). The PA will work under the supervision of the CESSI Program Coordinator.
[Please note: Funding for this position is provided by a grant from the U.S. Department of State, and this position is contingent on final approval of the funding. Candidates for this position must be U.S. citizens, in accordance with the requirements of the funding agency.]
