Position Open: Program Associate for Civil Engagement and Governance Department, Eurasia Foundation

The Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US-based international development organization, is accepting applications for a Program Associate to support the Foundation’s innovative Civic Engagement and Governance (CEG) portfolio in several countries in Eastern Europe and Eurasia.

The Program Associate (PA) contributes to the reviews of biweekly and quarterly narrative reports and provides administrative and logistical support to programs in the CEG portfolio. The PA supports communication with field staff and partners, including organizing weekly management calls, preparing minutes and assisting with action item follow-up. Other responsibilities include assisting with preparing expense reports, entering data into EF’s accounting system and keeping track of program records. In addition, the PA helps with formatting and posting consultant terms of reference and, together with EF communications staff, contributes to social media posts in English about CEG programs.

This position is for qualified for individuals with 2 years of program experience, international development, or area studies. This position requires strong writing skills and individuals who have received a bachelor’s degree in international development, area studies, public administration, or other relevant fields.
