International Student Services (ISS) seeks a passionate, dynamic, and versatile leader to provide oversight of international student transition preparedness, co-curricular education, and engagement with their UW and Madison communities. This individual will supervise and cultivate a team of three (3) professionals committed to inclusive engagement and international student success in and out of the classroom. The team is responsible for the year-round planning, coordination, and assessment of ISS engagement events and co-curricular activities, including welcome events for new students, transition events for graduating students, and myriad social, cultural, and academic-adjacent opportunities for enrolled students. The team also administers the Global Badger Experience Grant to promote student-led global engagement across campus with the financial support of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Chancellor. This is a partially remote, full time position.
