The University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Russia, East Europe, and Central Asia (CREECA) and the Russian Flagship Program invite UW-Madison graduate students to apply for paid positions as judges for Wisconsin’s ACTR Olympiada of Spoken Russian. The Olympiada is a competition for middle and high school students to demonstrate their proficiency speaking Russian; the event will take place from 1:00-5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, 2022. The position is available to current graduate students with a native or Advanced-High proficiency in Russian. This is a paid opportunity and requires in-person attendance at the Wisconsin Olympiada of Spoken Russian. One to two hours for compliance training and briefing is also required.
