NDI seeks an expert in building strong political parties to join its team in Ukraine. The Resident Senior Program Manager will report to the Resident Director. The position is based in Kyiv, but would require travel throughout the country. The position is available immediately.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, energetic trainer whose political experience encompasses a wide range of skill areas, including: organizational development; strategic planning; inclusive policy development processes; grassroots organizing; candidate recruitment and nomination processes; using new media for political communications; new and nontraditional forms of political organizing; and promoting gender equality and inclusion of traditionally marginalized communities. Experience working with political parties/movements outside country of origin strongly preferred.
