Wesleyan University’s Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies Program invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor beginning July 1, 2018. Specialization is open, but we welcome the ability to teach courses on twentieth-century and contemporary Russian literature, culture, and society. Native or near-native fluency in Russian required. The appointment is in an interdisciplinary program and will require working with colleagues in political science, history, religion, and language and literature, so preference will be given to applicants with a proven commitment to interdisciplinarity.
