The Elliott School of International Affairs’ Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies ( IERES ) currently seeks a Program Associate for the Program on New Approaches to Research and Security in Eurasia ( PONARS ). PONARS Eurasia is a network of over 100 scholars based mainly in the United States, Russia, Ukraine, and other post-Soviet states. The network addresses a comprehensive array of important foreign, security, and domestic policy challenges related to Russia and post-Soviet Eurasia and their environs. Its core missions are to connect scholarship to policy on and in Russia and Eurasia and to foster a community among rising leaders of the post-Cold-War cohorts of scholars committed to developing and disseminating policy-relevant and collaborative research.
