Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US-based international development organization promoting good governance, civil society development and public administration reform, is currently seeking a full-time Program Associate to support the US-Russia Social Expertise Exchange program. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, SEE PA will perform the following duties: oversight of a portfolio of projects, fellowships, and special initiatives, conduct research and present recommendations to senior staff members, draft a variety of technical documents (including annual reports, workplans, and press releases), communicate with program participants, support EF’s grants management and monitoring and evaluation efforts and perform other duties as assigned.

Program Officer, Eastern Europe (Belarus)

The Program Officer (PO) will work with the regional director and senior program staff to manage grants in the Eastern European region. The Program Officer (PO) is a mid-career professional responsible for helping set strategy and define priorities; review of proposals; monitoring and evaluation of grants in Eastern Europe, with emphasis on Belarus; drafting analytical and descriptive material for internal and external offices; tracking political developments in Eastern Europe, with emphasis on Belarus; representing team internally with senior leadership and Board and external audiences; and providing programmatic support to senior staff.

Program Assistant – Project Global Officer Narva Program

The Program Assistant represents Project GO and the University of Pittsburgh in the host country, oversees the implementation of the Narva program on the ground, and is responsible for ensuring the program is meeting its goals. The Program Assistant reports to the Project GO Program Coordinator at REEES and works with the language instructors and the host university’s local staff while monitoring housing, arranging logistics for the group, advising participants as required, and serving on-call to program participants 24/7 to resolve emergency and other issues as necessary

The Entry-level Intelligence Analyst will perform all source and open source research and analysis on matters of counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, WMD, cyber, and counter-proliferation to support ongoing investigations and intelligence collection.
