The Havighurst Center for Russian and Post-Soviet Studies and the Department of Global and Intercultural Studies at Miami University welcome applications for a joint Teaching Fellow/Visiting Assistant Professor in contemporary issues in Russia, Eastern Europe or Central Asia.
Teaching responsibilities include Introduction to International Studies as well as upper-level courses in specialty. The teaching fellow will also be expected to participate in events and event planning for the Havighurst Center. The position is renewable for up to four years, dependent on performance and funding.
Requirements: PhD in political science, geography, history, economics, anthropology, or post-Soviet studies by date of appointment (August, 2019).
