University of Wisconsin Folk Orchestra Concert

The Orchestra is a unique ensemble of over 40 musicians performing Russian and other East European folk music on authentic instruments, such as balalaikas and domras. The repertoire consists mainly of Russian and other Slavic folk songs, dances, and ballads, with occasional selections of classical Russian music and popular Western tunes.

Music director and principal conductor: Victor Gorodinsky
