Maria Pomianowska concert

Maria Pomianowska and featured cellist Seth Parker Woods will performing Polish folk music, roots of Chopin’s mazurkas and original compositions inspired by various world music traditions. This free concert will also be the first ever chance for Madison’s audience to experience in person music performed on two unique Polish string instruments. It will take place at Morphy Hall at UW-Madison Humanities Building (455 N. Park St, Madison) on Tuesday, February 27th, 2018 at 7:30 PM.


This concert is not sponsored by CREECA; organizers include the Polish Student Association of UW Madison, in cooperation with Mad-PolKA, Polish Heritage Club of Madison, WI and Sounds and Notes of Chicago.
