The Housing Coordinator will provide culturally specific housing advocacy to Russian/Ukrainian-speaking refugee/immigrant survivors of Domestic/Sexual Violence of Oregon and southwest Washington and coordinate state-wide housing outreach. Providing trauma-informed, survivor-led, culturally/language specific housing advocacy, case management, and safety planning to DV/SA survivors, collaborating on coordination of housing resources, and assisting in narrative/quantitative reports and administration of housing specific client assistance are all central components of the job. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (including degrees obtained outside of the U.S.) in social work, counseling or a related field. The ability to effectively communicate (orally and in writing) in English and a Slavic language is preferred.
