Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US-based international development organization promoting good governance, civil society development and public administration reform, is currently seeking a full-time Program Associate to support the US-Russia Social Expertise Exchange program. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, SEE PA will perform the following duties: oversight of a portfolio of projects, fellowships, and special initiatives, conduct research and present recommendations to senior staff members, draft a variety of technical documents (including annual reports, workplans, and press releases), communicate with program participants, support EF’s grants management and monitoring and evaluation efforts and perform other duties as assigned.

Based in Washington, D.C. the Program Officer will support the logistics and implementation of American Councils’ federally funded TEFL Programs. The Department of Slavic and Eurasian Studies (DSES) in collaboration with the Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies at the University of Texas at Austin invites applications for the position of tenured associate or full professor. The anticipated start date is fall semester 2021, and the position is contingent upon budget availability.  We seek applications from scholars whose research focuses on the Poland or the non-Russian peoples and cultures of the former Soviet republics, though transnational research might also include Russians. Our preference is for a research specialization in Cultural (including literary) Studies or History, though interdisciplinary work that crosses into these fields will be considered.
