The International Division leads campus efforts to cultivate international scholarship and engagement, promote global awareness, and prepare students for a diverse and interconnected world. This work extends to numerous areas, including providing support for international students, faculty, and staff; developing opportunities for international engagement at home and abroad; supporting academic research; and engaging alumni, peer institutions, and stakeholders across the state and nation.
The communications specialist will report to the director of communications and will help support the International Division’s growing communications needs, particularly through providing support for central division communication initiatives and for the division’s Institute for Regional and International Studies (IRIS). The communications specialist will have a close working relationship with leaders in IRIS, while supporting division and campus initiatives as outlined by the director of communications.
