GOSECA invites submissions related to this year’s theme, Rethinking Identity in Changing Contexts, and those focused on Russia, Eastern Europe, or Central Asia. The event will be held in a hybrid format on February 24-25, 2023, and the deadline to submit applications is January 15th, 11:59 PM.
