Job Opportunity: Finance & Social Media Assistant at Central Eurasian Studies Society

The Central Eurasian Studies Society welcomes applications for a Finance and Social Media Assistant.

The person hired will work closely with the Society’s Administrative Coordinator on various organizational needs, including particularly: a) financial / transactional support (making deposits, processing checks, visiting banks as needed) and b) communications / electronic maintenance (carrying out the daily tasks needed for the Society’s member communications, website, blog, twitter, Facebook, and other online components). Other areas may be added by the Administrative Coordinator or Executive Committee as mutually agreed.

The successful candidate must have the right to work in the US.

This position will be paid on an hourly basis, at a rate of US$20/hour. The estimated workload is 20 hours per month.
